Esthetique LLC was founded in January of 2006 with an objective of providing students and alumni from Historically Black Colleges and Universities a medium into the world of modeling. 

Esthetique LLC partnered with local HBCU's to develop a structure which has been the foundation for the company which is still used to this day. Our motto –Creativity is a work of art that innovates the eye to trigger the mind was exemplified in two successful projects. 

The 2007 and 2008 HBCU Model Calendars utilized empowered women of the HBCU community and change concept of African American beauty and art.

Recognizing the increased desire for modeling in the Southeast, Esthetique opened the doors in January 2007 to work with all models, regardless of their backgrounds, who had an intense love for fashion and the drive to become a successful model. After three years of working with some of the best photographers, graphic designers, makeup artist and models we have continued to expand the company. Esthetique is proud to present EQ Modeling Agency, our venture into becoming one of the most recognized modeling agencies. Our main goal as an agency is to deliver to the world unique concepts of beauty with professionalism and class. Most importantly we strive to always be on the cutting edge of fashion through recruitment of models from underexposed markets and presenting them with our unique sense of direction, and show the world indescribable creativity of Esthetique. Enjoy.
